Thanks a lot for this ROM, switched from the G2 to the One a few days ago and couldn't be happier. After a long stint with touchwiz/LgUI, i never realized how nice Sense was. It so much less intrusive and much cleaner. I have found zero bugs so far on 3.1!

I tried furnace first, and had many problems, so I switch to dr build and has been flawless so far. I guess my particular phone doesnt take furnace very well. May give Paek a go also. Btw the new recents are VERY nice. Thanks!

it depends, check your baseband, if you have 12B it may not flash but wont hurt to try

i have noticed this on a lot of AOSP ROMS. it makes it feel like its lagging when its not... very weird

That works great for me, if you plan on using a third party remote it wont work though. I emailed the developers of the IR blaster I used on my GS4(Smart IR Remote in play store) and they said third party IR apps wont work on AOSP4.4.2 ROMS because they don't have the kernel source from LG yet...

Did you already hit the settings icon at the top and check kernel settings to set on boot?

clean install here with no issues. every time I try another rom I always seem to end up back here, been the most stable for me by far.

The only tethering I have got to work on any AOSP ROM so far on the G2 is bluetooth tethering. I saw a recent CM11 merge that was supposed to fix USB tethering but I haven't tried that or got WiFi tether to work yet. There should be an update coming sometime for this ROM fairly soon maybe you...

be cautious if your a crack flasher stay away.. maybe try an LGG2... that being said if you just want a stable phone GS4 is fine. Hyperdrive is a great go to rom, or the possibilities are really endless with just root + xsposed
