This issue was NOT fixed in the January release. I and many others are confirming this. Google has yet to fix a major touch-screen bug, almost 2 months after the issue was brought up.

This is a widespread issue that has been reported by many. So far there is still no update from Google. I am running November build without any touch issues. Google support forum with lots of people reporting.

Not sure what I am doing wrong. I've tried 3 more times this morning and still bootloop during the setup. Did your installation steps differ from the instructions on page 1? Edit: Turns out it was my 1TB Micro SD card that caused the issue. Setup just fine without it installed.

The problem was using the Pixelarity module to pass safetynet, it was overriding build.prop values. I edited the modules props by going to /common/pixelarity{android version here}.prop and got wide angle working again. Wide angle works in an older GCam port (version 5.1.018, com.google.android.GoogleCameraWide), but is not working in Asus camera. I do remember at one point, maybe on a previous install, I had the newer GCams 6.1/6.2 working with an aux camera switch. Not sure why I can't get those to work again.

Sorry, I should be more specific. I have the phone permission option in my settings. If I turn phone permission off for Google Play Services, then Google Pay will not open at all.

Just a few things to report... There is something blocking the right-most quick setting in the minimized view. It covers 1/3 of the bottom of the icon, and it sometimes prevents me from using that toggle. Very weird issue, maybe its the running services setting shortcut? Disabling the shortcut...

Successfully upgraded from eXistenZ 6 to 7. Thanks for keeping this already awesome rom updated! I did run into a bootloop the first flash. After re-flashing version 7 (delete cache, install rom, install magisk) and letting it bootloop a few times, it ended up booting without data loss.

Lawnchair 1 and 2 installed fine here, both through Google Play and APK install. Though I couldn't get any ported pixel launchers to install without removing eXistenZ launcher.

So I've been using this for a couple days now. It's pretty dang stable and fast once you get it working. Though if you decide to uninstall the eXistenZ launcher and use Sony's implementation of the recent apps menu, switch apps is painfully slow. I've noticed around 8-10 percent battery drain...

There is some specific timing to it. If I wake the phone after it's been sleeping for a couple seconds, then there's almost no delay waking and unlocking. But if I press the power button twice consecutively (or within a couple seconds), then there easily at least a .5 second delay.
