4.4.4 wipes the floor with 5.x in terms of performance and battery life. It was not only easier to develop on as opposed to lollipop, but it was better to use too. Even on my Nexus 6 I found 5.x to be a let down. I have since moved on to pixel 2 but I'll always keep the s4. Love this phone.

Just created a ROM out of the official 7.1.1 factory image for the Nexus 6 with the donate version. sparse doesn't work at all, started from scratch again and used metadata and all worked perfectly so far, no complaints. so is this the perm type you recommend SuperR?
