I think you should be fine, let me know if not and I'll tell you how to fix without using wifi, all you have to download is rom and gapps.

Go into my drive link, get my rom on sd card. Format data, then wipe system, cache, dalvik, internal storage. Then flash rom and gapps.

I have no idea what you are talking about, this rom has no lag man. If you have issues, clean flash modem and bootloader, that works everytime.

Hmmmm, smart pixels worked for me, and I think the settings link is a rom related issue(not me), can you get to the battery settings by holding down the quick setting, because that definitely worked for me.

I'm happy to hear you like it, I just uploaded a great little fix for the flashlight if you have root. Download the apk I just put in the Drive folder, then add the symbol(lightning bolt) to your quick settings. Once it is there tap the symbol and grant root permissions when the message pops up...

It depends on if Bootleggers releases update, the patch level is December right now(most recent)
