Im not sure, i fully understand you question. Yes supported Triangle Away, but if I'm not wrong, on new 4.3. and 4.4 bootloaders doesn't work. So when you're on old bootloader, then no problem.

Sometimes I had on my old Car it too, was enough reconnect. Try it. Edit: or I had to make a call again. Now on different Car my doughter hasn't any problem. I think that's depending on used bluetooth of 3rd party sites

S5 launcher support themes, look at 4th post. If you want change whole theme (framework system ui, secsettings and apks) you have to find compatible theme with our device or create it.

Yes, ou can add any custom apks to UPSM via UPSM manager, but it needs clean data and cache of Eemergencymanagerservice and Emergencyprovider everytime you change anything in UPSM apks manager, then reboot. It works in our rom well. Try it :)

As I've already told you before, on my daughters phone works. However, if you have still a problem, you can use S5 themed contacts, which are added to v2.00 too. Just unpick in the Installer/Theme ans Apps/ S5 Contacts and will be installed Stock S5 themed - is very similarly like S5 contacts...

;) this is useful, when is flashed only kernel. PS: we using in the Rom the same method for flash of kernel as has AGNi. We can delete all from AGNi\system\etc\init.d in Rom's zip . But I wouldn't like make big change opposite default setting. Now we'll delete only script of hijack.
