For some reason I can't get my bootloader unlocked, says "Cannot open fastboot HAL" Running fastboot devices returns the device connected fine adb also shows device is connected ADB & Fastboot installed through android SDK along with the latest USB drivers, any ideas?

You can't yet, patches where ineffective. There's a test build above but without being able to mount certain partitions it's not useful to the average user currently but works ongoing.

The latest 10.0.1 OOS build I saw in Erfans GSI group, although had no WiFi on first boot was fixed by changing the the extension of a couple of vendor blobs to .bak and reboot and WiFi was good to go.

acervenky how did you patch vendor? As there's a Android 10 GSI of OOS that may be better in terms of bugs etc

VoLTE working here with EE in the UK. Check your APN settings, also without logs no one can fix it (if there's an issue with the ROM itself)

Builds are monthly, after the security patch gets released at the beginning of every month. As the October patch isn't out yet there will be no new build unless there was a major reason for a new one. Just be patient, new builds will come.

When updating from the previous build do I just flash the ROM&GAPPS again?

No problem, You'll need the A/B image and then remove system-rw.sh through either adb or using the file manager TWRP has (which ever you prefer)

Depending on countries, you could be looking at about 4-5-6 week wait for a full rollout of an OTA from what I've observed with this device.

For (C432) which is the European device (I also own it here in the UK) the latest version is actually 8.0.0.172 it just takes time to roll out to everyone in various countries.

The WiFi and BT MAC address issues are sadly by design caused by a dirty hack we done when we started work on 14.1 and never cleaned that up. With the bump to 15.1 we will need to rewrite that config in question anyway so should be fine when we get things moving again. Thanks, King.
