Telegram builds are being worked on to support Android 11 in the best possible way, probably nothing will change for lower versions of Android. They are not betas because they are unstable, just because they are experimental.

It is a mistake, QuickPic does not force update of the Media Store, so it may not appear immediately. If you are editing a photo from an external memory check the permission to manage external storage (SAF)
