I haven't seen anywhere to opt to delete it or the like. I just Unlock BL then follow the instructions in OP using the web installer. Haven't lost my eSim across 5 flashes of it, 4 flashes of LOS, and 2 Return to stocks. So anecdotally, shouldn't be an issue.

for eSIM I found that as long as you do GAPPS it will work, as for messages and apps, the easy way is to make sure you do a google backup, then restore it from that. GPay is working out of box on the unit, if you need root and want it to pass you might need to do the universal safety fix. If...

hmmmm, that's what I did and when I try to use the google dialer I can't block numbers, it keeps crashing. Are you able to block numbers?

If you are already on "J" Which you appear to be, you only need the first. But it never hurts to be too safe. Do make sure your on J and not L if you flash the second though

Quite stable. Using his custom ROM and this. Think I'm getting improved battery, use on holidays hasn't been the same to really compare. No random reboots. In short, No noticeable difference between stock and custom at this time. Haven't use kernel Adiutor to adjust anything though

If you can get it to boot properly. 2nd screen worked. Didn't text camera. But the stupid force crashes were unbearable. Have not come back since. I recommend eliminater74s rom

Just tried using this rom. If you install it without the GAPPS or Supersu zip you can boot, but get several Force Crashes, specifically Google Play Services, in the process. If you try to install with just the GAPPS. It does not work. I can't provide logs, had to restore back to a working...
