It's not enough. You're violating GPL by statically linking it. Read the licenses

Using my code, your code must be GPLv3. I can't find the source code, please can you link it.

Thread [APP] Check Treble support and type

I wrote an app, better than the one suggested in most tutorials. It's called Treble Info and available in Labs and the Play Store. There's no analytics, ads or gsf and it's foss. In particular, it can tell you the architecture and the SaR status (not the same as a/b support). This is better than...

    Thread EMUI9 hi6250 kernel

Unfortunately I broke my Honor 9 lite (erased the efuses while trying to change my HUK, now even vcom doesn't work) but here is my last work, a kernel for EMUI9. It's been around for a while but I forgot to publish it. If any other dev wants to take over cleaning the Huawei junk out, I'd be...

Just for everyone's info, firmwares from firmware finder or elsewhere with the word "log" ANYWHERE in the name will lock the bootloader. Any pie firmware will override the nvme/fblock unlock method

Post [Kernel] Upstreamed stock kernel 4.14.116

I'm wondering if it's possible to actually merge the mi9 kernel source to upstream. It would require the individual drivers to be merged separately and to work even with mainline devices. However if it's possible it would mean we can use kernel-common guaranteeing the fastest kernel updates...

Post [Tool] [HuRUpdater] [0.4] [Flash official firmware in recovery

Thanks so much for this tool, it's awesome! However, it seems to (sometimes) brick devices when installing a pie firmware from 8.0. Devices I've heard this about include Honor 7x and Honor 9 Lite. Could you add a warning to the OP? And perhaps look into this further? Thanks!!

Post Downgrade/Unbrick Huawei device (if other methods doesn't work)

Some points: - My device has no UCE, so remove that from the config file. If in doubt about the addresses, consult the XML. - There's no need to flash splash2 or userdata. - You should avoid erasing modemnvm_anything, as your IMEI may disappear. - After flashing ptable you should reboot to force...

Unfortunately I have just discovered that using this add-on results in the Modem radio power increasing to 200%. This will result in frying of your brain, so I do not suggest using this app. EDIT: it's a prank

Leland is another word for LLD. The A after L31 denotes the motherboard variant, however I haven't heard of a LLD-L31B (which does exist in theory). Finally, that package is not suitable; the C number must match. Any firmware .132 or lower is fine, just make sure it's C432

You should capture a HCI Snoop Log if you can't fix it by trial and error. Enable the option in developer options, reboot and enter pairing mode. Then grab /data/misc/bluetooth/logs. Note your MAC Addr and maybe other pii info is in this log.

Post [BOUNTY]LG IMS Services on AOSP ROMS (VoLTE VoWifi) $305 and counting...

In terms of reversing Ims4/6, it's probably impossible, as the implementation is massive. However, I generated a HAL file from the LGE modem extension library and there are methods there related to IMS. However, I don't know if they are for Ims6 to signal its status to the modem, or for an...

Hi, I'm developing IMS for hi6250. I have never had an LG device and I'm not particularly interested in doing IMS for it, but I just want to provide hope that it is possible. If anyone can reverse the LGE radio HAL and extract the IRadio interface from the stock IMS apk (reference is...
