Post [APP] ShortenMobile 1.4 - Automatically shortens urls for Twitter, etc. in background

Hm, the problem is, that ShortenMobile needs to notice, when some text in the clipboard is changed. I don't think there is a built-in way in Windows Mobile, which allows to run or notify other applications when the clipboard content changed.

Post [APP] ShortenMobile 1.4 - Automatically shortens urls for Twitter, etc. in background

Thank you! I also thought about integrating the twitpic.com service, but getting images or files from clipboard is not as easy as getting simple text like links. But as I did promise, I'd see what I can do. :)

Post [APP] ShortenMobile 1.4 - Automatically shortens urls for Twitter, etc. in background

I implemented the anonym.to service right now in version 1.3. I'll inspect drop.io at weekend and check what I can do. I think, that I have to use unmanaged api calls to get files, which are "copied" to clipboard via file explorer. That could be a bit tricky. Regards

Now I create quotes around the path and then append the -hidden arguments. I tested the application on my device with an application path which contains whitespaces. It works correctly. Please inform me, if the upgrade to version 1.2 solves your problem. Regards Marcell

Thanks for your information. Now I know, that I have to build the shortcut on my own way. I expected that the windows mobile api I used would create the shortcut in the right way. I will see what I can do on this weekend to repair this functionality. Regards Marcell
