Post Stable CyanogenMod 12.1/13.0 for Galaxy S4 LTE-A

I flashed the latest CM12.1 ROM (cm-12.1-YOG7D-ks01lte). Also I flashed the pico gapps (pa_gapps-modular-pico-5.1-20150418-signed) and the 2nd patch version (arter97-ks01ltexx-cm-patch-2.0) and everything is running smoothly. The only issue Iam experiencing is the USB(UMS) mounting / charge...

There are a lot of file explorers that you can download from the Play store that are hundreds of times better than the stock Galaxy S explorer. If you want a ROM with a built-in file explorer try CyanogenMod 11. To see how much RAM is being used go to Settings -> Apps -> Running. If you don't...

Your device's IMEI. You don't need to separately download Clockworkmod recovery. CF-Root includes it. If you want all the Google stuff you need to download Gapps (Google Apps) and flash it through Recovery.

Post [Q] I9000 2.3.3 CM installation Assistance needed

It is not advised to install the latest versions of CM (i.e. JB or KK) straight from stock because you might lose your IMEI. The correct way is to install ICS first and the JB or KK. Heimdall is good but for someone who never flashed a ROM before ODIN is the way to go.

It means that your device works only with one carrier. To see if your device is locked try a SIM card from a different operator. If it doesn't work then your device is locked. If you want to unlock it read this.
