I don't know for 4.19, but for "for-other-kernels" you can generate a updated "wireguard-linux-compat.patch" from https://git.zx2c4.com/wireguard-linux-compat with the "kernel-tree-scripts/create-patch.sh" I've successfully been running v1.0.20210606 for weeks.

Thanks for the msg, but the kernel I've compiled is already based on this tree, the commit is about removing debug messages. The info/warn/err messages I was constantly getting are more like these : 06-23 20:48:15.922 0 0 W [3:dhd_rpm_state_t: 2833] dhd_runtimepm_state: DHD Idle...

I've been trying 4.9.219 but it did not make any change WRT the recurring "dhd_rpm_state_t" error/warning logs. I've just upgraded BL & CP to G965FXXUFFUE1, looks like the error/warning logs are gone.

    Post [ROM][8.1.0][OFFICIAL][WEEKLY] LineageOS 15.1 for S9 and S9+ (Exynos)

not opensource => not lineageos lineage for star*lte is dead, most customs roms are closed source. That's a pretty bad regression, the selfish hackers behind those roms don't share their work, that's the opposite of what the lineageos project is, it's even worst when the closed source roms are...

rename it ! It's useful to educate people about the benefits of open source softwares and roms tho. If I wanted to test malware I'd fork lineageos, close it, call it "lineageos unofficial" and post it to xda since a lot of users are blindly trusting everything they can get on xda. (from roms to...

that's also what's happening on google play, they publish the apps, they can't know what's really happening with the apps, it takes curious geeks (nothing negative with being a geek, we all are) a lot of time to discover some apps are malicious and then they eventually remove the apps. many...

    Post [ROM][S9+/S9][LineageOS 16.0][UNOFFICIAL][17-07-19]

the apache 2 license is quite permissive, it's the reason why there's so many closed source custom roms, most of them are one-man roms that die when the hacker stops playing with it. the linux kernel has a copyleft license, it's required to publish the sources.

closed source rom that's very true, this rom looks very promising but as long as it stays closed source you can't really check it's not stealing/leaking your phone information, your personnal data, your passwords, what you type, what your phone's camera sees, what's you say... and so on. No...

looking at users' reactions, it looks promising.
