I suggest you RMA it mate... mostly i accuse people for RMA'ing devices without any good reason but your screen is in pretty bad condition...overheated pixels ? No,you cant access Root until you reinstall it again,use the method used for your Xperia S to reroot your phone. Remember,each time you flash a new ROM,configuration files are reseted,including Root. (Unless the ROM you flash is already prerooted) Respect

That must be it, No i havent unlocked my bootloader (Seems useless for me as im perfectly happy with ICS + Root), so im guessing thats the only diference. Relock it and try if Bravia is working for ya...i would exchange bootloader for Bravia tbh,it just makes the phone give ya a lot more warm...
