This same happens in CM12 but not with screen capture its fine.. But when you will browes any browser or suddenly press close task button (which is behind home button below on phone) it stops, then nothing really happens if you close screen it turns black then needbforce close and reboot

I have given some flashes to my device like one flashed whole new KitKat, twice flashed custom roms and restored to nandroid backup three times.. Do flashing ROMs and custom ROMs can affect my device's battery?

If nothing other fails before system.img then you must have issue with package you downloaded download again or try another package (firmware) . And also try again to flash if you tried only once.
