    Im Update OTA miui v8.5.3.0 to miui v9.1.1.0 Global Stable. Im see old miui V8 Snap 821 have 4 core run alway, after update to Miui V9, when restart phone 4 core run ~~ 10 minute, then only 2 core 2.19ghz is run, 2 core alway stopped, not wake up when use hard render. this is issue on miui v9, 2...

    Help me pls ! Im Unlock bootloader, and intall TWRP, im flash Miui Eu v9.1.3.0 stable, and flash Kernel Floppy, then flash SU 8.2 root. This is Ok or fail.
