Before installing the latest LOS, you have to flash the lastest firmware *.zip file using TWRP. of course it is uploaded on XDA. if you do that, you don't need to use Chinese Beta ROM.

I installed the image vender and boot in TWRP. but It can't install Treble rom. I used AEX GSI Image. HOWTO Wipe everything in TWRP 3.2.1-1 Install boot + vendor + system image Reboot and enjoy
