Android's battery usage is not showing everything that's why I told you to use gsam monitor :) With gsam we could see what is exactly in the "system" causing it to drain battery. What's app seems to use a lot of battery. What is your screen brightness level?

Download GSam Battery Monitor from google play and use ADB to give it permission "adb shell pm grant com.gsamlabs.bbm android.permission.BATTERY_STATS", It should show what is draining the battery.

Latest version has a weird glitch on my phone, If I reboot my phone, shortly after it boots up V4a app is showing up for a while and hides, if i reboot and leave it without unlocking device the first thing when I unlock it, is v4a app, I don't remember that happening with older version.

Turn on bluetooth, go into your bluetooth settings and select car audio bluetooth device's settings, there should be some option to tick "use media audio" or something. If not, you can try AospExtended, it works great for me :)
