The spigen ultra hybrid looks good, especially with no plastic on the antenna camera area. My 32 gb aluminum ships by October 27th, still is pending and no cc charge.

I'm still using original galaxy s... I've got my case, screen protector, new plan and no phone. Had my initial order gone through on my computer I would have been in 1-2 weeks but I couldn't move passed the proceed to cart so I loaded up my phone and got 3-4 weeks.

I had to flash speed mod kernel with the test version to get it to boot and it had touch wiz as default. Selected touch wiz and speed mod in kitchen version.

I found the test version performed better. I'm getting lag while scrolling through the home screens with the version from romkitchen.

The only way i could get the FC to stop was to agree to let them track me. I think I turned it off after. I tried factory reset, flash, factory reset. cleared everything still no go but then agreed to the location and it worked.

should have been more clear. It doesn't use the front facing camera it uses the rear camera which is great for 1 way video chat :P

Does anyone have a problem when the contact app doesn't close? If i end it with the task manager when I close the task manager I have no icons for a couple of seconds. Done factory reset/data wipe/cache wipe. Had this with JK4 and JL2 but not with JK3.

My friends galaxy s died after he updated to 2.2. I flashed 2.1 with odin and it still didn't work. Same cannot mount error. He even bought that garbage protection plan and he still got a crappy dumb phone as a loaner. apparently bell has NO smartphone loaners available in the gta.

even if you use the patcher there is no way for bell to know you used it. It will not increase your chance of frying your sd card.

check out allgamers post in the general section. Do the regedit hack and then keys will upgrade to jk4.

did the reg hack since i was using docs 1.2. things have gotten a bit more smooth. Did a factory reset before and after. but I still think doc's ran better. probably has to do with the kernal and optimization.

Yeah I'm testing out jk4 and it has strange pauses, random vibrations and sluggish performance. Was running doc v 1.2 which was much better. but no bell apps were present on the update.

I don't know much about the sd card corruption but I thought I read on the CM forum that the internal sd card doesn't actually work with that rom. If that is the case (and it might not be) could you just load the cm beta rom if you fry your card?

sorry came out wrong. the new upgrade is not dangerous its the old kernal that is because it corrupts the system. its a necessary evil but there are ways to do it the right way or the hack job way I chose. I'd recommend doing it the right way for less stress and I'm not sure if my method even...

If you did a factory reset check your apn. probably don't have anything in there.

says i9000m then i9000 i loaded it via clock work not sure if that makes a difference.
