try fastboot format userdata. This will wipe everything tho. That should get you back to 32gb Im not sure if there is a way to do it without wiping. Maybe flash twrp recovery and use the advanced menu to extend partition.

What recovery are you both using? I'm using cwm6051

Has anyone else had the problem of losing google play service & playstore when doing a dirty flash and not being able to get them back. They are in the /system/priv-app folder but wont install. Only solution i have found is to do a clean flash each time Cheers

Sorry i have not got round to getting logcat & kmesg yet as I am back on cm11 which does not suffer from this issue. Hopefully there is something simple that can be taken from cm11 to correct this Thanks

ok pershoot I have tried to take a logcat before but nothing shows up when the file fails to copy at the 2gb point. I will try again with latest build. Where/how do i get kernel log? cheers

pershoot Did you get a chance to look into the issue with reading and writing files over 2gb from NTFS storage (micro SD & USB). I had a look at cm11 again as this does not suffer from this problem but not sure which android files are used for mounting storage so I gave up.

Pershoot, Sbdags I have done as pershoot described and have fastboot flashed CM recovery, Full wipe and flashed latest CM12.1 (28th). I still have this issue but have figured out that it only effects NTFS storage. I have my Micro SD partitioned as NTFS so my laptop can transfer files onto it...

Thanks Is there anyway i can "reset" everything, like partition tables, to stock and then start again. Just incase TWRP has messed anything up cos i have never seen "patching system image unconditionally" untill i tried TWRP touch recovery.

Thanks for the help. Not sure if its related but I tried TWRP touch recovery a few weeks back but got errors when trying to do wipes so I moved back to CWM 6.0.5.1. And now when I flash ROMs I get a message saying "patching system image unconditionally".

Go into Bluetooth and hit the cog next to your Bluetooth headset and untick 'phone audio" that will make it work again.

This rom is awesome but I can't copy any file larger than 2gb to any storage (internal nand or external SD). I have ran a terminal and typed "mount" and it shows system, cache and data are mounted as ext4. Logcat does not show anything Does anyone know how to solve it? Thanks
