you can extract the theme apk from your phone and install it like a normal apk on your wife's phone and she will have this option.

Sorry don't have time for details but you have the stock recovery installed and that is the correct default behavoiur. You need to install a custom recovery like ClockworkMod or TWRP and go from there. I suggest you do lots of reading to make sure that you don't get into any issues.

I think it is the new "Google" feed. I opened Google on my watch and clicked through a few things and it went away. That's what I am guessing fixed it.

These settings you can't change, they are built into the APN list. You can add your own by clicking the + and entering in whatever you want

They are both the same. Swipe allows you to swipe right to select instead of using the physical buttons but they both work the same. I use the swipe one but never remember to actually swipe and just use the buttons :D

My guess is that your Nexus Player is trying to install an update. Since you have a custom recovery it cant update and stays stuck on recovery. That was my issue.

It means it will show up on the main screen. Just FYI Leanback launcher is the name of the "home" screen app. If the app doesn't have the Leanback Launcher code it it you need to go to settings apps to be able to see it.

I saved it :) boot to recovery (TWRP) File manager delete the folder in data/app and data/data reboot and I am good. If I use the theme's status bar I can't reboot or this happens. I guess it is time to fine some new themes.
