So I let it flash RR for a minute and it obviously wasn't going to make any progress so I just held the Vol Down + Power to reboot back into TWRP but this time when I booted it asked me if I wanted to allow system modifications or mount in read only. WTF I've been screwing with this for hours...

I know you've run into a new roadblock but I have a T-Mo V30 and I just grabbed a cheap SD card from MicroCenter. I haven't unlocked the BL in case any display issues arise but I'd be happy to try something if someone needs me to that doesn't involved unlocking the BL.

Outage? I was unaware of any outage. Regardless, I did a backup with LG Bridge since it even backs up app data, did a factory reset and everything was back up and running after I restored my data.

I did the steps in that thread this morning and the same thing happened to me. I was able to factory reset and the issue was fixed upon first boot. You might try resetting again to see if it'll fix it.

I tried enabling all the bands and completely lost all LTE. I went back through and unchecked, as well as just tapped "reset" and no change. Backing up with LG Bridge to my PC and doing a factory reset. Whoopsies lol.

Oh yes, I do know that. I actually used it for a little while on my 6P during the O previews if the actual Pixel Mods weren't updated quickly enough. It'd be nice if there was just a "Pixel/Nexus Mode" built into it though. There are just so many damn customization options that it's like IFTTT...

By dumb luck I found where someone used the "fastboot boot ____.img" with a pretty old version and it worked just fine. I'll root and such with that and upgrade the recovery later.
