I had the same issue. The only way I could fix it was going all the way back to stock and then rerooting. :( Hopefully someone will find a solution that's a lot easier and less time consuming. Good luck to you. :good:

While I can't quite remember how I fixed it quite a while back, try clearing cache and data in Google Play Store, Google Services Framework, and Google Play services under Settings>Apps>All then reboot. It may not work, but hey, it's worth a shot. ;)

It's not "Force GPU rendering" that stops the flickering. You have to check "Disable Hardware Overlay" every time you reboot to stop the flickering at the moment. Also, to the one individual who said Swiftkey is the issue, it's definitely not. The issue occurs some time after you flash the roms...

I recall going through something similar to this myself. It took me a while, but all I did was manually enter the device into fastboot mode, without disconnecting it from the computer, by turning it off by holding the power button, then going into the bootloader and clicking on fastboot.

I solved the Sim Checking issue by removing my sim card, then letting the phone customize then soft reset. Afterwards, I insert the sim, and turn off the auto checking.
