Sure, no problem. You can download the OTA update from the OP (first post). Place the zip file in your internal storage then reboot to recovery and flash it using TWRP. No wipe is needed for this update.

Yes the last one which is 4.5. There is an OTA update under the version number 4.5.2 you can get from the OP. It is supposed to fix some compatibility issues if I remember. I didn't need to update it as I haven't faced any issues with the ROM.

That's a known issue even on CM13. I suppose you are trying to update su binaries through the super su app from the play store!? To avoid that bootloop, either stick to the su binaries already provided with the rom ( notifications about binaries being obsolete do not affect root functionality)...
