Don't know how much of this back and forth one can take on this issue of getting them to release Jellybean. Samsung could careless it seems, maybe the money isn't there for them...typical big business I guess. But you don't get a following like Apples' by caring less.. Still some hope, but...

I have a spare P6800...the screen is cracked and the Sim port is somewhat damaged. Otherwise the unit still works, I am willing to sell it for the spare parts if you are interested.

Would you say this is a screen separation issue like with the nexus 7? I've heard people try the clamping method where they clamp the elevated side then left some movie or app playing that heats up the unit so that the glue can re-flow...might try that. Its near flat on my other unit, so this...
