I agree, It might seem a bit overwhelming, but flashing is risky business if you don't know what you're doing. The thread is pretty clear with everything. It was my starting point when I was upgrading to ICS 4.0. I prefer Mobile Odin over the pc version but that's your choice to make.

Bug report: I'm having wifi issues on a fresh 3.60 install. On a fresh boot I can turn on the wifi just fine, but when I turn it off and later try to turn it on again it will get stuck on "Turning wifi on" (I get that in the settings menu). Anyone else with the same problem? Any solutions?
