Maybe you shouldn't download roms using data connection, maybe you did ? I think that's why your provider throttled your data. Since I got throttled once and that was very frustrating, I'm now used to connect with wifi everytime I can.

I used HTC__203 which is CID for unbranded french HTC sensation (HTC-FRA)

I debranded my SFR phone using this method (second one) and in order to get OTA update to 2.3.4, I had to change CID to a debranded one.

My rom is still stock Vodafone FR, with S-OFF, cwm and perm root, if I want to get back to S-ON, should I only do step 17. ?

This doesn't seem to work, applying framework.res.apk theme takes a long long time, then metamorph FC. I'm not sure what to do, in which order.
