I'm not having any issues :) Install Gapps after first boot

I just reflashed it with the latest Gapps everything seems to be working fine, no crashes only when it starts it says settings app stopped working and when i import contacts from sim card, the contacts app crashes. Really good job! Edit: Home and return buttons are vibrating kinda weird...

Flashing it right now, i'll let u know if it works. :) Edit: Starts up fine When it start sup it says Settings crashed but other than that it runs pretty smooth, although it crashes after an amount of time and restarts. This might have something to do with the version of Gapps i installed.

Ye they are a bit complicated, but first make sure you have supercid, do this with : fastboot oem writecid 11111111 And if you are back to stock you can change the cid again before relocking bootloader, make sure u retype your old cid with 2 "_"

First i wiped everything then i flashed IC, wiped cache and dalvik then flashed the latest kernel and wiped cache and dalvik again, so i don't think i'm doing anything wrong on installing. Yeah i'm doing it that way now :) Can you make the advanced reboot options optional? And look at these...

I just flashed r71 with , no FC's happened yet. Things i have encountered: -Google Mail, Hangouts, Google+ and Google Pictures not being removed after they were selected to remove in AROMA. -Some Status bar icons are not as HD as on stock. -No option to remove HTC Task manager in AROMA...

I don't really care about performance, more about battery life as long as it doesn't lag i'm okay with it :)

Some bugs i noticed: -Gmail and Hangouts (i think taskmanager to) are not removed after installation, while i selected to remove them. -Some statusbar icons are not hd -There are options for NFC, but i don't think the mini supports NFC. -AppOps, and IC icons are not hd in settings Otherwise...

It's not possible to s-off on cm. try to flash this one and this kernel. Edit: then use rumrunner again but first check in SuperSU by access if the default access is set to grant. Not sure if u can flash the kernel with s-on but then just flash the rom and leave the kernel.
