when ur ls980 revive , u ll notice that *#06# & when u check using app u ll found that both imei , bluetooth & wifi mac are gone & on top of that the LS980 is only meant to work with Spring network ;) so for that you need to root the phone , then you have to copy a magic zip...

good just fix the fastboot issue , i mean flash the LS980 correct files , then try again with flashing the original tot file with the dll i provide you by LG flahs tool , then it will work for sure

your phone is originally an LS980 (sprint) converted into d802 , u surely flashed a wronge files but i think u need to shortcut the 2 capacitors just remove the buttons connector ,then that metalic plat that its glued in just to get access tothe ic chip and motherboard , of course to do this...
