Clearing Cache not working properly I'm on TWRP 3.2.3-0. I wiped dalvik, cache and when I reboot the open programs prior to the reboot still show in my window list. Shouldn't clear of the two caches, clear this as well?

Can you add the mind the gaps install after you do an update as a dirty install from twrp? I believe my random reboot issues maybe related to the gaps install instead of using of using the recommended mind the gaps for the Google apps.

I am having long startup time since installing this rom. I went from 15.1 did a complete wipe . Sometimes it sits at system is starting rather than the lineage icon. Never saw this screen before. It doesn't happen every time but enough to be a problem. Anyone see this?

Maybe I didn't understand what you meant by wipe. I had to go back to a factory restore first. Did you try a wipe and reflash after installing the remax? When I did my wipe I had to install one of the Samsung images first before I installed the Lineage rom.
