Ruxst is correct; I'll just add that VoLTE is confirmed to NOT work on the current rooted ROM even with carriers supporting it: It is a known and documented bug in the current rooted ROM alongside the defunct SIM switch navigation bar button.

LG G4 H818P is easily rootable, just not MM. Did you mean you can't unlock the bootloader?

If you're on Vodafona Portugal and you enable VoLTE in your device's settings properly, it should work on an unrooted device for sure!

Hey melorid, how are you doing? I can say with just over 80% certainty that VoLTE is NOT WORKING when rooted! If you unroot, VoLTE should work (no confirmation of it yet, so you can be the first person to confirm VoLTE over LTE Band 20 (800 MHz) post-unroot)! I hope I was of some help to you...
