My phone WILL NOT BOOT after enabling ART in developer options edit: did not look at the other posts, sorry about this but is there any way i can get files back after enabling ART without deleting it? It's in my system data folder and I REALLY need them back.

Did you go into the phillZ adb sideload mode?

The solution to this problem was beyond simple, and just plain stupid.... the solution was to flash Installing PhilZ Touch[CWM Advanced Edition] by sending this command while on fastboot usb fastboot flash recovery philz_touch_5.11.2-m7spr.img That's all it took, then i go into recovery...

This is what my Android SDK looks like and yeah, i uninstalled the drivers, restarted, installed naked htc one drivers, restarted, and still nothing from adb device.

Anyone have any clue?

Yep, S-ON :( Because I am S-ON, I can't change the fact that it says TAMPERED and RELOCKED SECURITY WARNING, which is probably preventing from the RUU from running.

When trying to RUU i run into an error, and i'm guessing that's from being on 4.3 firmware or something that i don't know :confused:

My computer says "error: device not found" when trying to execute any ADB command. Fastboot Devices = Detection, but I cannot do anything because ADB does not work. I also cannot flash any recoveries, and doing so results in a boot loop. I currently have NO rom running. I've been stuck for...

Wow, this seemed like this would work, but it didn't. Got anything else? IT turns off whenever the screen goes off, no matter what, it doesn't matter what rom i'm on either, kernel mayb?

This problem began to occur out of nowhere, and at first, i blamed it on the battery being dead, but I purchased a new battery, but still has the same problem. The EVO 3D TURNS OFF as the screen turns off/goes to sleep. It happens no matter what, different rom, flashed a new rom, different...

Very true, thanks everyone who gave me insight, with my evo 3d dieing, I think it's time for an upgrade :).

It would seem... that easy... but at this moment, I searched some stuff up that might be out in the next 2 months, and I found it.. The Moto X phone, by google(?). It looks pretty promising to me, but then again, it will most likely be 199$ with the upgrade :(

My upgrade period is up, and not sure which one to get. I like the HTC One a lot, but I might just wait instead... What do you guys think, is there anything on the horizon that would be worth my time waiting? Also noting that it IS 99$ on amazon.

I did call sprint, so wouldn't they have pointed out that maybe my plan, or my phone wasn't correctly configured to connect to 4G, and wouldn't updating the profile correct the problem?

I purchased my Evo 3D USED about a week ago, activated it, and everything BUT 4G works. I have another 4G phone (Epic 4G) and it connects perfectly fine. I called sprint twice, once one day after activation, and another a week after activation, both time they lead me through the same process...
