I believe you do have to do everything you said so that the bootloader gets updated to the latest version as well. From what I gather, if you try to flash a 13B image directly over 11A you may brick your phone as the bootloaders won't match.

That worked - thanks! One last request - I flashed the HK audio mod and the Clari-Fi icon shows up when sound is playing. I think there used to be a mod to remove that icon from status bar. Would you be able to repost that?

I've had this happen to me a few times... the Camera app immediately closes without any warning or error message and won't start up properly until I reboot. Could it be related to the various HTC Gallery updates?

You should, or else WiFi may not work. Update firmware, flash ADSP in the same manner, and then flash 2.1. I came from v1.3 and did that, and everything is working well for me.

You can flash it again - I think the firmware zip has an ADSP in it so you may have overwritten it. You have to flash like firmware, can't do it via TWRP. Sent from my 831C using XDA Free mobile app

I would only be guessing because I've only used Sense on this phone. I would think if you flash back to Sense you'd be able to control it. It may also be kernel related... What kernel are you using?

Oh, I doubt it then. That's probably the reason you're not able to disable it.

You could try using the Sense 6 Toolbox (Xposed module) and disabling it from there.

That option is in available through Sense 5 Toolbox and Xposed Framework if you're willing to install them.

I think it's just barrel distortion on the lens. I don't think it's a software problem. The Evo 4G LTE had this problem too. Somebody with more Photoshop knowledge than I have might be able to come up with a way to correct photos after they're taken.

Yep, 2.3.0. The only themes showing up for me are stock, inversion, TheRED, iTechno, iPink420, Pink420, Simply iGreen, Orange, and holoBLUE.

I got it from GravityBox. Technically it's for vanilla Android but I'd seen people around here saying some of its features worked for Sense. I froze the stock Music app and use Google Play Music and the skip track works for that. It worked for Shuttle music player also. Hope that helps!

Thanks! I got it set up with Xposed framework, along with a couple other handy things like volume button to take pictures in Camera. Hopefully I didn't mess up too many of the native features with all the messing around.

I wasn't S-Off previously but the update was enough incentive for me to look into that. Completed S-Off (Revone) with Hasoon2000's All-in-One kit in about 2 minutes and flashed the firmware update in 30 seconds. That was a lot easier than backing up, flashing, restoring, etc. And this is coming...

It works for me. I have all the various Facebook settings (refresh, notifications, contact sync) disabled, and I froze Facebook for HTC Sense to keep Facebook out of my Gallery App and Blinkfeed. Not sure if any of those things might help you?
