My problem with Wi-Fi solved. All what I have to do is to set country code to Europe in Wi-Fi settings and I can see networks around me :P. Don't know what is default value, probably USA. You should put this tip in OP for others with same problem. This problem doesn't exist on stock and PAC...

Don't know why but for me Wi-Fi isn't working. It searching for networks but can't find any. Tried build from 24 and 28. There is no problem on stock rom or PAC-MAN rom.

When me this systemui problem apear I can click OK (or smth) and no reboot, launcher is loading (if its get loaded, many times black screen left).

I flash rom last night and was happy because of 4.4.2 on my Royal but most of the time I get systemui crash after rebot, stuck at black screen when I want turn on screen to unlock and phone apk crash. Need to wait for more stable build :(.

What is proper way to update/change nighty build without loosing data? TWRP > Wipe > Advanced Wipe > Dalvik Cache and Cache?

It is. There was no problem at 2.3.6, can't remember about 4.0.4.

Maybe I will look at Sony Xperia SP in future :). Its only 5mm higher than our Galaxy R but screen is 4,6" and ofc better hardware. Maybe there are better phones in its price but I don't want to use sooo big devices.
