Hi there, just updated the rom to the latest version, but I cannot get the OTG to work. Ive tried a few different hard drives/ flash drives but nothing seems to connect. I just received my new otg cable today so I'm assuming I'm doing something wrong rom side? Thanks for any help

Sadly it hasnt worked. But i noticed it quickly flashes "unsuccessful" before it re scans. Very weird for this to happen. Maybe i need to change something on the router? (i noticed ever since my ps3 has been back online it's been doing this, so maybe something to do with ports?)

Ok now i got a weird problem. Just yesterday wifi was working as normal, but today for some strange reason its doesnt want to connect to my router (searches for wifi > connects to wifi > tries to get ip address > disconnects (and repeat) ). I havent changed anything since then (same kernel etc)...

Ill just stick to ext4 then. About the journaling, ive seen many intrids (or initrds/inits)that allow you to activate/deactivate journalling, so maybe that should be a place to look? eg quoting from rafpigna's thread Hope that is of any help

For testing purposes, I also let my battery run dry right now too (no powersave etc). I restarted it and all is well! (normally i would have had quite a lot of force closures) :D BTW this is after using that shutdown apk (previous page) so i think it might actually work.

I dont even know if it worked, my phone booted normally, and have not yet experienced any ext4 corruption since the last time i commented on it, so i dont really think that APK made a difference :(

Odexing/de odexing is quite a complicated and time consuming procedure. (well i seem to think so). However it is possible, and you are able to do it one at a time. if you need i can give you a de odexed apk that you need.

Dont really think there is much difference (seems like a really minor number change). But one note, you might not even be able to install/add it because this rom is odexed.

Have you, by any chance, edited the layout to move the clock or weather widget in a different position? because it might be interference with another widget on the page that is causing it to dissapear. I used to have disappearing quick links, but i moved things around a bit and it was fixed.

Modified framework-res? Has anyone else been successful in replacing the framework-res.apk with one cooked in UOT kitchen? I keep getting android crashes and force closures. Appart from that the rom is the best there is. No speed or stability issues and battery life is really good for me.

When you flash the original rom it will overwrite the "CleanEX" bootscreen.

By flashing ANY custom rom/HSPL you have already broken your warranty,

Should be next to the "force stop" button, that is if you have the new market installed.

Possible market fix? Guys, i think i know how to fix the market downloading issue: Go to settings>Applications>Manage Applications>Market Now, clear the data and click on "uninstall updates". Run market now and try to download any app. Is it working?
