Update ***Update*** I just finished doing dirtyracun process. Problem: Step 14. Enable USB Debugging on your device. Once I flash the RUU ( step 11) The phone reboots to ROM (Viper 4G) with USB Debugging disabled. Due to touch panel issue I cant enable it and finish up the process! Apparently...- lg31376

Post Touchscreen unresponsive after flashing new ROM
Same here... very frustrating. I've have flashed Viper ROM which installs "apparently fine" until its time to touch the screen. Mean bean fails right out the box and wont install. TWRP works perfect with the touch panel. Also flashed Miklatte and the phone booted to a non responsive touch...- lg31376
