    Post Google Services draining battery in 4 hours

    I've also noticed that Google hangouts is pretty rough on the old battery life. I always made sure I was signed out of Google talk because I rarely used it. Hangouts seems to drain battery even if you aren't signed in, so I ended up removing it, and battery life has been much better since.

    I noticed a signal at the Grand Rapids Airport a few weeks ago. Hadn't seen anything since then, but today I noticed the 4g icon while driving on 28th street. Clocked it at 2200 kb on speed test. That's twice as fast as my premium uverse setup at my house. Too bad I don't have a signal there...

    Please give us some more information. Are you s-off? Are you on the most recent firmware? Have you updated your touch panel driver? What do you mean by "nothing happens"? Are you getting boot loops or is the phone not booting at all or is the touch panel unresponsive?

    Yes, that will work. However, you need to check out Captain Throwbacks thread in Android Development and make sure you downgrade your touch panel to the previous version. CM is not yet compatible with the newest update.
