Use an older version of exkernel. Pure Nexus isn't updated yet for the new ex kernel. You need to use v15.

Yes sir. I think it's because you're on official 7.1.1. ROM devs for custom Roms have to update their Roms. That's the theory in the Franco thread at least lol.
