I didn't consider the battery(original battery) . I haven't had any power problems yet. But that is a possibility. My calls could go on for 20 mins before it would reboot, then sometimes 10 mins. Indeed. My first device was the og evo, then next came the s3, and of course the n3. I love most features of this device. The only thing I wasn't excited about was there was no image stabilazation for the camera but I didn't let that stop me. Most times when I pick it up I become excited lol...
