Post [APP][2.2+] DriveDroid - host ISO/IMG files to boot your PC from

What Ubuntu did you use? You may need to use an older one. For this, 16.04 32 bit is fine Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

Should be able to. Most of them are using grub(2) or the like. If you're asking if you can install it on your phone, no. Using drivedroid, you can install it on your PC through your phone You could also load up a live instance of it instead of installing. Side note, what benefit would this...

Post [APP][2.2+] DriveDroid - host ISO/IMG files to boot your PC from

Youll need a USB drive, enough space on your phone for roughly 7 GB and time. What you could do is download something like Ubuntu. Youll also need to download a full Windows 10 iso preferably from Microsoft. Tell Drivedroid you want to use the Ubuntu iso to boot your PC. Once Ubuntu has...

Post [APP][2.2+] DriveDroid - host ISO/IMG files to boot your PC from

So, first off, how did you try to install windows 7? Through the iso? I'm pretty sure it doesn't work. Secondly, what do you mean crashed? Hard drives don't crash unless they're in an automobile. Do you mean the hard drive failed? If yes, then I'll tell you it's possible. Anything that writes to...

Argh! I waited to take the Android 10 update because I was waiting to see if 19.04 would be fixed. Ended up getting forced to update. Now I want to go back. How does it run? Smooth? Might root my phone while I'm at it now that there is a method. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

Not 2 roms. It swaps boot and recovery partitions. Default partition is normally boot which is what happens when you boot device and don't press anything. Since the partitions are swapped, if you boot and don't press anything it'll boot into recovery mode. You have to use the buttons to boot...

What windows are you trying to install? Sounds like XP. Follow an easy2boot tutorial for creating a USB drive and then just copy that to an image file in drivedroid. I created a blank image in terminal and then used drivedroid to mount it and then I could write what I wanted to it like a USB...

I think you're both talking about different file explorers. MiXplorer AFAIK doesn't come built-in to a stock rom, only custom. MIUI devices use MiFileExplorer, I believe is what it's called. HootenParsa says in his thread what it's called. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

Basically, it's a malformed link because it was pasted and sometimes the forum shortens the link which is why you get "..." in the link - usually means you're not going to find what you want. True. I went back and checked to make sure they didn't retract it or anything because it can change daily. I'll try the magisk one. That thread is currently what I'm using but 1. The zip you refer to isn't flashable. You have to replace the file in the op with the ones from that zip. 2. This command doesn't work in regular shell for (( ; ; ))
