I noticed the same thing on both of my phones (EVO 4g & EVO 3d running gingerbread)... Whenever I unplug my headphones the media volume drops all the way down. King_louie

Try tommytomatoe's Evo Classic rom... it runs on sense 1.0. It's very quick, smooth, terrific battery life, and loads of room for apps. I used sense 2.1, 3.0, and 3.5 but those killed the battery and made my evo run a tad sluggish. -king_louie

Yup... I usually back it up on my computer and format the sd card periodically. Especially whenever I go on a rom flashing marathon. Just keep the "meat and potatoes" apps close by like Gapps, kernel manager, market, Rom manager, and Titanium. -king_louie
