Easy way if you have another phone is to activate your old phone then reactivate your note through the sprint website. The website will give you a 6 digit code that it says you may need to activate. That's your MSL

This is what I use. You need to set call conditional forwarding to your Google voice number if you don't want to use the sprint integration and the voicemail will come through either Google voice app or hangouts however you set it up

Ha! I though this mod messed up my phone because it was showing LTE instead of the 3G I had before I did the build.prop change. Turns out they just turned on LTE on the tower next to my work.

Do you get any data at all? LTE rollout is happening right now in Hawaii and the usual places I can pick up LTE, I haven't been able to get yet on this ROM. I just flashed yesterday so maybe they're working on the towers. Need to continue to test this to see if I can pick up LTE.

BTW, the reason why the MicroUSB 3.0 port is backwards compatible is partially because the EU mandated that all cell phones sold in the EU have compatible chargers to reduce eWaste. Not only does the 2.0 cable charge but it will also do data connections at a slower rate.
