Honestly, unless your hands are constantly sweating and covered in oil, the black one isn't going to smudge much at all. i originally expected to be getting the silver one, which would have been perfectly fine for me, but the salesgirl surprised me when she offered me the option of black or...

This. About a week before I got my One, I had gone into my local corp store with my GNex which had an unlocked bootloader, but wasn't rooted. I was having awful signal issues, even with the free Airave that was sent to me. Two managers and finally a tech from the back looked over that phone...

    Thread A question about Odin

Does using Odin to flash a .tar file (e.g. the Jellybean .tar) unlock your bootloader? The reason I ask this question is that a few days ago, I used an available upgrade to get a new Sprint Nexus. When I got home and tried the camera, it FC and Talk FC as well. I wound up doing a factory...

Post [ACS] Return to stock using Odin

Is flashing the LTE .tar necessary, required, recommended, or doesn't matter? I don't have LTE in my area, and won't most likely for a while, but I was just wondering if it would affect performance in any way if I didn't flash the LTE .tar.

Post Nexus 7 BAD screen flicker!

Honestly, whether or not I read the thread is irrelevant. I was simply agreeing with someone that my flicker had stopped after installing Lux. Reread my initial reply. I don't care that it's simply masking the real problem. The fact of the matter is that I no longer have a flicker. Period. I'm...

Post Nexus 7 BAD screen flicker!

Let's see, before Lux, I had screen flicker. After installing Lux, no screen flicker. I personally don't give a rat's left buttock whether it's a hardware, software, or underwear issue. The fact of the matter is that immediately after installing Lux, my flicker disappeared. Coincidence...

Thread Don't want the OTA 2.3.5 update? Read on...

I may have unknowingly stumbled upon a fairly easy solution if you don't want the 2.3.5 OTA update, and don't want to get prompted or have it forced on you eventually. A few days ago, I installed the MOF 2.3.5.ish (locked) Leaked Update using Bootstrap. I had been running it for several days...

Well I pretty much plan on using this until ICS is officially a reality, if it happens. If it doesn't, I'm good till my next upgrade. If it does, there better be notification toggles, or I'm sticking with your 2.3.5. Sent from my MB855 using XDA

Not saying that it isn't, but Q3 is still about two months away. I agree that I can't see any fixes that are needed, but I'm just not getting my hopes up. The only enhancement I can see would be 1080p video recording, which as I understand can be enabled in the software, as the hardware...
