In "Developer Options" there's the option to "OEM Unlock" it. So, yes, you can. But I haven't and I'm not thinking of doing because there's no ROMs for it. There's no development for this device.

I had the amazfit Stratos 2. Pretty watch, with continuous heart rate function.

Unfortunately, it didn't work. I installed the launcher and the WatchMaker app in my phone. Upon choosing a face in this launcher, WatchMaker wasn't showing as a choice. Too bad.

I know I can change an icon using an icon pack. But can I choose my own icons from my gallery? Nova allows me and want to do the same with Hyperion.

It shouldn't, but like previous reply stated, make sure you have a full backup. With ROM flashing, rarely happens but sometimes &$#@! happens. Better be safe than sorry. Only once have I lost my IMEI out of hundreds of ROM flashing and all I had to do was to restore my full backup to get it back.

+1 here for fingerprint not working for bank apps and credit cards.

Well, from my own point of view after reviewing some pics taken with this Pie ROM & Oreo ROM side by side, the Oreo ROM wins. I literally took a few pics at the same location, same lighting conditions and same camera settings (Same phone). Comparing pics from both, the Oreo ones just looked...

Love the Rom. But comparing camera quality vs Oreo Rom, this one's quality is not great. Too bad, cause everything else is really awesome. So far, pie has been my favorite Android improvement. It really shows that they really want a great experience.

A bug I encountered. "App Shortcuts" crashes in the Lockscreen settings. ***UPDATE: isn't the ROMs fault. It was the app "KLWP". When you have KLWP wallpaper set to Lockscreen, somehow the "App Shortcuts" setting would crash. Guess that apps needs an update to work with Android Pie.

Thanks. But in aroma, such option is not available. Had to install it manually feom the Galaxy store. Cause If i I stalled the Google text-to-speech first, it would make the setting crash constantly. Weird....

If "S Secure" does not work/run in our rooted Galaxy s7, so why have it baked into the Rom? I'm constantly getting the notification to use it when connected to a WiFi. Any way to disable it it? Or better yet, make it work? Thanks.
