Post [ROM][Official][4.3] CyanogenMod 10.2 Nightlies for the Galaxy S4

Is anyone else using an encrypted data partition and init.d on CM11? It seems that init.d runs before the encrypted /data partition is mounted. I'm currently having issues with it on the 12/23 build.

Post [INFO] Backup the pds partition of your Atrix!

dd stands for "dumb disk". What it does is read every bit of the source individually, copying them as is. It ignores things like formatting, so it is useful for copying whole images and restoring them.

If you flash back you will lose everything. However, its possible to reverse the webtop mod, and the hotspot one shouldn't affect the update. Make backups before you you undo the webtop though, an incorrect reversal of it has been known to cause soft bricks.

Post [MOD] 4.1.57 deodexed framework and app files (AT&T Only)

Right - this is only for 4.1.57. If you do it on 4.1.26 you'll get a soft brick. rjohnstone, its always best to do stuff like this under Early USB Enumeration mode. It is possible to get it to stop the automatic rebooting by typing "stop" into the console.

Post how can i compilation and decompilation the file ''blur-res.apk''?

It sounds like su isn't working properly. The unknown entry is adb shell. Its safe to get rid of unless you use su through adb shell a lot. Can you download a mobile terminal from the market, and try running su?

Post [SCRIPT] Root for 4.1.57 (Depreciated, use newer version)

Post [SCRIPT] Root for 4.1.57 (Depreciated, use newer version)

An SBF flash is the safest bet. Someone experienced a soft brick when trying to uninstall the webtop, which still meant an SBF flash. Before you do either, make sure to backup any important data. Have you tried running the script as admin?

Its not :( If your on Adeo, the update will fail because the checks fail. You'll need to flash back to a clean version of 4.1.26 fist.
  45. shawnbuck

Post [SCRIPT] Root for 4.1.57 (Depreciated, use newer version)

The upgrade won't work with all of the mods in place, you'll need to reflash to the 4.1.26 SBF if you want upgrade with root. If you want to keep the mods, consider waiting until they are ported to the new version.

Updated in first post. The end of the process is a tad tricky, but there was no way around it :( If you want to update, you should flash a clean SBF before proceeding. The update will fail due to the mods.
