i have already done a search but couldn't find 'stock recovery image file'. all files is about firmware files but i only want a single image to flash recovery partition

the question is, how can i install a stock update with twrp ? if cant, (i have not backed up my recovery image) where can i find stock recovery image for international lg g3 ?

actually this doesnt seem a wifi issue. the issue here i think can be called as an icon issue. i may be wrong about it. even if i tried to reflash with rsd lite, the problem still exists. how can i get rid of this annoying prpblem ?
