Post [Resolved] [Q] Liquid-like "Smudge" under tablet screen (screen amoeba)

FIXED! If anyone is wondering: The problem seems to have been the two pieces of glass being stuck together (the glass panel and screen?). I used a pair of suction cups to pull on the screen, and it fixed it!

Thread [Resolved] [Q] Liquid-like "Smudge" under tablet screen (screen amoeba)

Today I got a Ployer MOMO7 Talent tablet from Pandawill.com. The tablet is great, except for a "small" problem: There is a sort of liquid-like smudge under the screen. If I press hard on it, it seems to grow, and shrink back when I realease. The touchscreen itself works fine, it's mostly...

    Thread [Game][Free] SpaceBreak Space Shooter

SpaceBreak is an old school, vertical scrolling space shooter. It is currently in beta, stuff is still being added, and improved upon. The game currently features 5 weapon types, 7 powerups and 10 enemy types and an upgradable ship. More will be added in every update! I'm currently a 3rd year...

Post Unlocked Bootloader (Pudding) causing SOD and random reboots

Yeah that is what I'm probably going to do. But I still don't get why it works flawlessly with the stock BL... Sent from my MB860 using XDA

Post Unlocked Bootloader (Pudding) causing SOD and random reboots

Yes, I get that. But what I want to know is what? What is the unlocked bootloader doing, that the locked one isn't?

Post Unlocked Bootloader (Pudding) causing SOD and random reboots

I already tried that. Wiped at least a dozen times, tried all the ROMs available, all the kernels, all the radios. It's the unlocked BL that is causing it. And I'm not the only one with this problem, I read about others in another thread. I don't know why only a few of us are getting this. But...

    Post [Q] Experiencing random reboots

It's really wierd, because I get a lot less SODs and reboots than with other radios. But they are still there. UPDATE: Scratch that, it's probably because of Joker's CM9 ROM. Flashed N_01.100.00R european radio, it's about the same.

    Post [Q] Experiencing random reboots

OMG I've tried every radio I could find and none worked so far. Been using this canadian radio for a couple of hours (will update tomorrow to be sure) and I think it actually solved my SODs and reboots! Thank you! Sent from my MB860 using XDA

Post Flash Stock-Rom to lock again

I just answered your question about sbf flashing. You can't remove the unlocked label any other way AFAIK. But someone correct me if I'm wrong. Sent from my MB860 using XDA

Thread [Q] Can you flash stock bootloader on custom ROM?

Hi. I was wondering if it would be possible to flash the stock bootloader via RSDLite on top of a custom ROM? Thanks. Edit: JUST the bootloader. Keeping everything else intact. I was thinking of taking the stock 4.5.141 sbf and with portable sbf tool removing all the rows, keeping the ones...

Post [PUDDING] International House of Pudding! BL Unlock/root thread (Updated 07/23/2011)

Pudding causing SODs Can somebody help me? After flashing pudding and unlocking BL I kept getting random reboots, and sleep of deaths. I did the usual stuff, wipe, factory reset, tried multiple ROMs etc. Nothing worked. I then flashed the stock 4.5.141 sbf, and had no issues for days. But the...

Post Flash Stock-Rom to lock again

I flashed 1FF-olympus-user-2.3.6-4.5.141-111212-release-keys-signed-ATT-US-GAS_NA_OLPSGBATTSPE_P012.sbf without problems. The unlocked label went bye-bye, and I didn't even have a soft brick or bootloop or anything. Worked on the first try. But this doesn't garantee that it will work for you...

Post Flash Stock-Rom to lock again

Flashing via CWM will not hide the unlock label at boot. AFAIK only flashing stock sbf via RSDLite can do that.

Post Unlocked bootloader, 2.3.6, want to relock and go to stock, sbf?

without pudding it doesn't let me issue the oem unlock command (or any other fastboot command for that matter). after flashing pudding, i can do oem unlock but it says i'm already unlocked. but as i said before, flashing pudding gives me random reboots and SODs. that is my problem

Post Unlocked bootloader, 2.3.6, want to relock and go to stock, sbf?

Yes it's there. And I don't think I would of risked flashing sbf's and stuff if I didn't have a clue what i was doing :) ---------- Post added at 03:41 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:40 PM ---------- the android with the exclamation mark is the stock recovery as far as i know

Post Unlocked bootloader, 2.3.6, want to relock and go to stock, sbf?

Yes. It said it flashed ok, but when trying to reboot into recovery it says Failed to boot 2, Entering RSD mode. But I went into fastboot and did fastboot reboot, so it didn't brick or anything like that.

Post Unlocked bootloader, 2.3.6, want to relock and go to stock, sbf?

I tried that. It gives Failed To Boot 2 if you try to load up CWM. It still acts as if it what locked.

Post Unlocked bootloader, 2.3.6, want to relock and go to stock, sbf?

I did the same thing. I kept having Sleep Of Death and random reboots, so I flashed the 4.5.141 sbf. Everything was fine. If I do the unlock with pudding the SODs return. I don't like the stock ROM and Motoblur, but I can't flash anything via fastboot only after I do the unlock procedure, even...

Post Unlocked Bootloader (Pudding) causing SOD and random reboots

I used a wakelock app. but it drained my battery fast. I want a real solution. Now that I know what causes the SODs, I'm determined to fix them. I'm on stock for now with no SODs what so ever. Sent from my MB860 using XDA

Post Unlocked Bootloader (Pudding) causing SOD and random reboots

Yes, I get that. But when I flash the stock 4.5.141 sbf, the unlocked text dissapears. I understand that the BL is still technically unlocked, but for some reason I can't fastboot flash recovery, and similar stuff. Only after I flash pudding. But then I get SODs.

Thread Unlocked Bootloader (Pudding) causing SOD and random reboots

I got my Atrix a few weeks ago (used, it was unlocked already), and have been having Sleep Of Death issues since day one. I finally got fed up, and flashed the full 4.5.141 sbf via RSDLite. The SODs dissapeared completely. I rooted, still no problems. Then I unlocked the BL and SODs returned. I...

Post [Q] Maybe a potential fix for SOD(sleep of death)?!?!

I've installed SoftLocker (free app from market), and haven't had a SOD since yesterday. Basically it keeps your phone from going into sleep mode. It's not the most elegant solution, but it works until we find a better one.
