Started with PRIME 6.1 - rooted and de-bloated, Timely did not work. I also tried with the converted PRIME to OEM - still no good. Then I went back to PRIME again, and safely took the 6.6 update again, re-rooted and de-bloadted - then it worked for some reason.

After way too many hours of messing with this, I found the app works fine with the PRIME 6.6 update. Go figure.

I had motherboard replacement as well... worked well for a year... but sure enough, it came back. The S4s are not made to stand length of time. Wife's has same issue. I'm about to order a S5 - hopefully this will solve the issue.

It's known that the IMEI numbers with the last 6 digits in this range: 000000 - 560000 have been known to have this issue. Mine was in that range and had the issue. I think the mainboards outside this range are fine.

From all I've read - it is definitely an issue with some motherboards (there is a range of bad IMEIs) . That error occurs from a heat issue. Probably with the newer updates and Lollipop, more heat is getting generating which is exacerbating the heat problem. So probably you have a bad board...
