I did post another pic of the iphone and apparently it was just some random data spike. But since 90% of people on here can't read or they don't look before they post they didn't see that second picture. There it is again, people on XDA (non-developers) say stupid **** and are idiots. :)

I had this exact same problem before. But when they came out with the Atrix update it started to work fine. Try Uninstalling it and Reinstalling it.

So I tested the data Speeds of both phones (Tested in Seattle, WA area).

Front the Rooting guides. I believe you have to flash back to 1.2.6 (or whatever the version before the OTA is) and then root. After that follow the root guide (before/after) OTA method. There is at least one tutorial on this already. :D

True. Im already regretting buying my Atrix, too late to return it though. But also Motorola was asking for beta testers to sign up to test 2.3. :(

Well some apps do auto updating like Facebook and Engadget. Turn those off or change them to 1 hour periods. Also download 3G Watchdog and watch how much data you use. You can set it so that when you get to 1.9GB it automatically turns off 3G/data. Worked good for me when I had my 2GB plan. I...

Use Circle Battery Widget.. that goes by increments of 1, not 10. I've been using it and its been working great.

I Seattle the speeds have been pretty good for me. I have just have my XBox connected then I can play games online smoothly with no lag.

AT&T may have secrets! A while back, AT&T had methods of listening in on voice calling. Nobody had ever known about this. It was a secret that AT&T had and people never knew that it was possible. With that in mind. There is a high chance that they are able to see that people are tethering...

What I've done when this happened (only happened once), I just unplugged the phone (stupid idea generally), pull the battery then re-insert it. Go to your computer and open up ODIN. Plug in you phone in Downloader mode and reinstall.

The thing is that theres more than 200million wireless users in America and have to share the OTA data bandwidth. In Sweden theres a lot less people therefore everyone gets faster speeds.

For those who liked Tengo and have noticed that Tengo doesn't/didn't work on the Atrix... you will be happy to know that an update came out today to add support to the Motorola Atrix 4G.

AT&T has waaaaaay better coverage than T-Mobile and Sprint.

I was trying to get it but AT&T blocks it from the Market and anytime I look it up and try to download it I, it links me right back to the Market where it can't be found.....

Ummmm yes there is a "stock" rom for the Atrix dumb b*tch. that Rom thats up is a MotoBlur Android 2.2 Rom..... and when I said Android 2.2 Stock Rom that is the ROM that is on the Nexus One..... Go back to iOS where you belong.

You clearly don't know anything about Android. First off, the Atrix doesn't have a Stock Android 2.2 ROM.... its running MotoBlur. Stock Android is just plain Android without the skin. Just like it was on the Nexus One. And there is already one ROM. Now, before you post some more stupid sh*t...

So since we can make stock ROMs for the Atrix, wouldn't it be possible to make a stock Android 2.2 ROM?

The MultiTouch keyboard that Motorola makes is known as one of the best (If not the best) onscreen keyboards. It takes some time getting used to it, but when you do, you can type really fast. I have ALWAYS hated the camera on HTC phones. It seems like that and the battery are the weak points...

Ordered the HTC Inspire on my brothers contract! Just got it an am loving it. I still use my Atrix 4G though.

I use my phone A LOT. I text, video chat, download apps, listen to music, call people, play games, and watch movies. So I think ill stick with the bigger 1930mAh battery in the Atrix. Thanks though
