I know this is an old post, but this, for me, is the difference between Android and WP7. Android is for people who want to write bash scripts, fiddle with skins for their calendars, endlessly customise. WP7 is for people who want their phones to work as they want straight away. Just my .02

Try putting it - switched off - in a bag of rice for a day. Rice draws moisture away, worked wonders on my wet iPhone.
