Try this code 805378142 it is Dev Unlocked Htc One M9 original code and contains all the bands you need plus a few others (2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13, 17, 29, 30). Let me know if it works.

Tell me your exact HTC M9 model, it is from AT&T, Dev-Unlocked, T-Mobile, etc. Are you S-Offed? Radio version? Have you ever picked up any LTE signal? Sure it is not your carrier? Try LTE Discover and then use the pro features to see which band the phone is connected to. Lets try to sort this out.

I can understand your point of view, but also try to think how much time is being spent by kholk to get this bootloader cracked/bypassed or just enabling another kernel to load from the original one. Rewards not always are given by achivements but for the effort that someone puts on tasks.
